Rare Leggera chair, 1967.
The chair is made of ashwood with green skai upholstery, in original condition.
The leggera chair was designed in 1951 and executed in 1967.
This chair is specially made for the Bijenkorf restaurant in Eindhoven and is the only example made with metal end caps at the bottom of the legs.
The Bijenkorf is a department store in Eindhoven and was designed by Gio Ponti in 1969.
The chair is marked with Cassina Amadeo Milano.
